I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with several years of experience supporting people through anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges.

What I Offer

CBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Treatment typically lasts around 12 weekly sessions, tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My Experience

I have worked extensively within the NHS, including:

  • NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) — primary care therapy for mild to moderate mental health conditions
  • Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) — secondary care for more complex and longer-term needs
